Open Studios San Diego

This event happens over the course of two weekends.

Oct. 8th, (Saturday), from 6-9pm, join us at the Studio Door Gallery, 3750 30th Street, 92104, for an exhibition of art by all of the San Diego artists participating in Open Studios San Diego.

Oct. 15th and 16th (Saturday and Sunday), from 10-5pm, join us at the Combat Arts studio, 325 15th St. studio #26, 92101, to see an impressive collection of art created by one of our veteran artists.

Veteran Art Symposium

A truly unique event that you won't want to miss....

Join us for an exhibition of art created by post-911 combat veterans and a panel discussion composed of five combat veterans. The panel discussion will be moderated by Jack Lyon, a highly decorated Marine platoon commander from Vietnam who is a fixture in the veteran community.

Tickets are $10 and all military are FREE.

All of the ticket proceeds will go towards our next Veteran Mural Project mural.

Cake and Whiskey Hobnob

Tradesman Pourhouse is hosting a fundraiser for Combat Arts to raise money for our next Veteran Mural Project mural set to go up in the Normal Heights neighborhood of San Diego. Local businesses: Sugar and Scribe, Sweet Bricks, and Tea Gallerie are providing sweets and beverages. This is a free event, but you are welcome to purchase raffle tickets or make a donation at the link for tickets below. You must register for the free ticket.

Combat Arts Exhibition at the San Diego Women's Club

Combat Arts is exhibiting a group of artwork at the Soldier's Who Salsa fundraiser at the San Diego Women's Club (see the address below). The artwork in the show was created by three veteran artists: Aaron Raher, Marine Corps. retired, Chris Tomlin, Marine Corps retired, and Paul Sangster, active duty Navy Seal.

In addition to the art show, guests will be treated to music by Semper Sound, dancing by Soldiers Who Salsa, and catered food.  There is a ticket price of $50 that can be paid at the door. The theme for the evening is Havana Nights so, if it suits you, dress accordingly.

Veteran Mural Project Mural Unveiling

Join us on Sunday, December 7th from 4-5:30pm to see the first mural created in Combat Arts Veteran Mural Project program. We will have short ceremony with both military and civilian speakers to welcome this new artwork, and the veteran artists who created it, to the Mission Hills community. We will be serving light appetizers and have a spoken word performance to conclude the event.
